I had an old address registered on shopify (platform they use to sell the products). After one minute or less from the puschase i realized it and I tried to contact the client service through whatsapp and email. They replied after days, the order was already shipped. And they suggested me to contact the post office to fix it (are you serious?!). Summarizing: i thrown 80 euros in the garbage since i don't live anymore there (order went to canary, i live in italy).

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the communication since I purchased this product. From the day I placed my order, I have been trying to contact you to find out the estimated delivery time. I have tried WhatsApp calls and messages as well as the chat option, but I have not received a response. Before making my purchase, I was told that delivery would be very quick. I also saw that the product was shown as available in stock on your website so I expected the order to be dispatched promptly. I deliberately placed the order well in advance of when I needed the product to allow sufficient time for delivery. I appreciate that you sent me an update on Saturday saying that the product was on its way. However, I have now checked the tracking information and discovered that the product is actually being shipped from China and is still in China as I am writing this email. This is very concerning and disappointing. Had I known at the time of purchase that the product was not actually available from a European warehouse and would be shipped from China, I would not have placed the order. Due to the lack of communication and the fact that the product will not arrive by the latest date I need it, which is this coming Thursday, I no longer require the product. Therefore, I would like to request a full refund of €299.35, including the shipping fees, as the product was presented as being in stock and the delivery information provided to me was not accurate. Please let me know when my refund will be processed. I hope you can provide me with a quick response this time, as I also tried contacting you through WhatsApp this morning but received no answer.

VIRGO INTEGRAL MIPS HELMET | Integral Cycling Helmet

I've been using this model of rearview mirror for over three years. I love it! But over time, the hinge has loosened, and the mirror shifts out of place whenever the bike hit a crack or a small bump in the road. That's why I just bought a new one, but the new one already has the same problem. Is there any way to make the hinge more secure?

This has to be the absolute most comfortable helmet l've owned. It fits like a glove. It is easy to put on and take off, without catching on my ears or chin. l suppose in part due to the openess of the chin bar. It certainly is an attractive looking helmet as well. I get complements on it all the time, both from cyclists and from motorcyclists as well. The ear holes allow me to hear cars approaching and the wider field of view at the front is excellent at allowing more peripheral vision. This is an excellent purchase and well worth the price, especially considering l only have this one head and no spare one. I even had a motorcycle rider wanting me to trade helmets with her. Two thumbs up for sure.

I bought this updated version after two of the previous model broke. I like this accessory; its design is very good and it fits my bike's handlebars perfectly. However, the extreme fragility of the previous version led me to reject it. A friend told me about this updated version, made with more resistant material, and I decided to give them a second chance. I haven't installed them yet... I hope my opinion will change once I start using them.

Roamee - Hands-free Bluetooth kit for bicycle helmet

I bought the mirror for my boyfriend and he loved it. He is using it on his C-line foldable Brompton. It was very important for him that the mirror doesn't stick out too much when the bike is folded because that's how he broke his last one. :D But he is very satisfied and reported to his dad, who also bought one. The only thing is that while adjusting the mirror, it sometimes rotates entirely around the handle and not just by the hinge. But by now he knows how much force to use to not let that happen.
