I've been using this model of rearview mirror for over three years. I love it! But over time, the hinge has loosened, and the mirror shifts out of place whenever the bike hit a crack or a small bump in the road. That's why I just bought a new one, but the new one already has the same problem. Is there any way to make the hinge more secure?

The product is good, fits easily, adjustable and provides a clear and wide view behind. However the delivery is slow and as it turns out very costly. Beam charge extra for delivery and include a UK VAT charge of €10.65. Because the shipping is via Royal Mail it is intercepted by HMRC who use RM to collect an additional VAT charge of £10 plus £8 handling. So in total 2 mirrors cost €64 (£55.50) + £18 a total of £73.50 and delivery is delayed until the charge is paid. There seems no way to communicate with RM other than automated chat lines which do not cater for a query of the VAT charge. Even worse BEAM will not reply to emails querying the charges. NB it is clear on the HMRC website that anything valued over £35 even a gift is subject to VAT when imported to the UK.
It was EXACTLY what I needed to feel safer on my daily bike-to-work on a 70kmph road! Super easy to install, even more to adjust to see the perfect range of the road thanks to its rotational link, and the possibility to fold it when not used is a must for a longer life!

While on vacation my mirror broke taking bike off car. Had to do a 20 mile ride with out my Beam mirror. I almost feel blind without it. Got mine years ago when the company was starting. Can’t imagine riding without it

I've got 3 ebikes and I'm using 3" (76 mm) mirrors and I'm always hitting them maneuvering the ebikes in the garage. Purchased 3 CORKY URBAN Flat Bar Rearview Mirrors hoping to replace the 3" mirrors and not have a problem adapting to the CORKY URBAN Flat Bar Rearview Mirrors smaller size. No problem at all! Installed them and went for a 25 mile (40k) ride in urban/residential areas. The CORKY URBAN Flat Bar Rearview Mirrors performed flawlessly and provided an excellent view of vehicles approaching from behind.

Great mirror that I've bought for the second time (my first one was stolen a couple of month ago). Easy setup and good visibility, very handy! One annoying thing though is that on the first one I've bought, the mirror came loose from its mount several times, I had to mount it again each time, which is not easy. PS: @The Beam: I ordered the red one a month and a half ago, but I've just received the... black one. Not great.
I've bought the corky two years ago and I don't want to miss it. It's great for my daily commute to see when cars pass me by, and when I'm on long bicycle trips I can easily see if my friends behind me can keep up or if I need to slow down. I've tried one of those bicycle radar things, but I prefer the corky since It gives me more information on what's coming up from behind. Once it's folded away, I don't have to worry about it for example when stowing my bike in a train.

Der Versand war ziemlich langsam, aber der Artikel selbst ist großartig. Es ist mein zweiter Spiegel, da der erste zerbrochen ist (und ich anschließend den Spiegel selbst verloren habe), aber ich kann mir nicht mehr vorstellen, ohne Spiegel zu fahren, da ich meinen Kopf nicht mehr bei jeder Gelegenheit drehen muss. Wahrlich großartig!

Nützlich - Einfache Installation
Ce rétroviseur Corky est top ! Sehr praktisch auf einer langen Strecke, um nicht ständig zurückkehren zu müssen, um die Ankunft der Fahrzeuge auf dem Rückweg zu sehen. Je ne peux plus m'en passer. Je conseille :-)))
Klein, diskret, aber wirksam. Dommage qu'il ne soit pas plus facilement trouvable en magasin.
Ausgezeichnet! Petit discret et efficace. Monté sur mon Graxx Origine et testé sur route ou sur chemin rocailleux, j'ai été bluffé, il ne se dérègle pas du tout sous les vibrations. Je le recommande fortement.
