I love this helmet and my review is for the helmet only. If my review included feedback on the customer service it would be much lower. Yes customer service was terrible, yes it took weeks to get to me in San Francisco from France but this is about helmets, safety and comfort. I’d suggest people read reviews on the visor being more sunglasses than goggles. From this lens, pun intended, they are functionally awesome. The fit of the helmet is incredible, I’ve worn full face helmets from POC and BlueBird, the Virgo is superior in weight, comfort and the ear. It outs address most issues with other full face helmets. I’ve also tried Mets modular helmet and the comfort of the Virgo is better for my shaped head. I will say that I do not use it for bicycling, I ride a scooter as my main form of transportation in San Francisco. I got rid of the car and The Virgo is the perfect urban helmet. The helmet is almost weightless without the light but, again urban setting, I keep the light on full time. Last thing, everyone I meet compliments me on this thing because it is gorgeous. Get one, it is awesome.
Best bike helmet I've owned. Looks and feels great. Love how the ear opening and the way it's built allows the air to flow through. Despite the 30+ C heat waves this summer in Southwestern Ontario, my head never feels overheated wearing this unit. A great investment in safety as well, which at my age, is important.

Perfect combo helmet for my one-wheel. i appreciate the smart lock on the back and good air vents, but the visor lets some air in at high speeds. The rear light is a nice safety touch.
Hello, I recently received my Virgo helmet after a year long wait and unfortunately find myself severely disappointed in the execution of this product. First and foremost, my helmet was shipped internationally, to the western US, in a plastic bag and thin cardboard box, with NOTHING to secure and pad the helmet inside. This is a totally unacceptable way to package and ship a safety helmet. The life saving technology within a helmet is simple EPS foam, and it is a one-time deal. Even $50 Chinese motorcycle helmets are packaged better than this. Next, the visor - one of the main selling points to this helmet. I order the black/smoked version, expecting it to be sufficiently tinted for sunny riding. Instead, it is only lightly smoked and suitable for neither sunny nor nighttime riding. It’s not even ideal for low light conditions where an amber lens would be better. The visor also fails in its task of protecting the rider’s eyes from wind and dust. I’m shocked this was not discovered during rider testing as the large gap directs a jet of air right into the eyes. Dust and smaller particulates go right underneath the visor as well. I own a modular motorcycle helmet with a similar visor design which suffers no such issues as it fits much tighter to the nose and cheeks. The integration of the chinstrap around the ears and jaw padding is also compromised. This is more minor, but again, I’m shocked it was not identified during testing. Finally, the helmet seems to have a very rounded internal shape. In the world of motorcycle helmets, it is acknowledged that head shapes differ, and various models may be designed for “long oval, intermediate oval, or round oval” head shapes to reflect this. I understand that may not be possible for Virgo helmets at this point in time. At the very least, this should be reflected in the product description and padding could be included to tailor the fit.

Excellent casque et arrivée à temps pour Noël
Ive been looking for a helmet along the lines of the Ventoux cycling helmet concept, for some time, as I know from experience that the traditional wavecell helmets do not protect the face. As I ride a hybrid on urban roads I wanted more facial protection, so when I saw your Virgo helmet ad it seemed my prayers were answered. I found fitting the helmet difficult, even though I had bought the same size as my regular helmet. The helmet kept falling forward and pushed my glasses onto my nose. I tightened up the rear adjustment fully and it's improved, but it still feels too low on my brow. Fitting the helmet onto my head feels like a squeeze and I have to put the back of my head in first otherwise the adjustment strap doesn't fit correctly. The chin strap loosens fairly soon after adjustment and the catch feels cheap, yet not easy to adjust. I prefer the magnetic catch on my regular wavecell. Having given you my criticisms in order to help development, I am pleased with the helmet and feel much safer when wearing it and only wear the regular helmet on very cold days where I must use a snood which I can't wear with the Virgo.

Das Design ist ein echter Hingucker, die Passform ist bequem und die Leistung im Straßenverkehr ist top - ich fühle mich sicher und gut geschützt. Leider ließ der Kundenservice sehr zu wünschen übrig: verzögerte Antworten auf Anfragen und lange Wartezeiten bei der Lieferung. Dennoch überwiegt die Qualität des Helms. Wenn VIRGO seinen Kundenservice verbessern würde, wäre er unschlagbar.
